This commit will also look for translated pages with no parent. Pages and their translations on the first level do not have a parent in the database (pid=0). Thus `\JBartels\BeAcl\Utility\UserAuthGroup->aclTraversePageTree()` won't check for those translated pages. Other translated pages do have a valid parent, so the existing behavior won't be modified.
